6. Purchases & Orders
All purchases made through Merry Richards Jewelers are subject to our separate purchase agreement and order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Merry Richards Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Custom jewelry orders may require a deposit at the time of order placement. Specific terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds will be provided at the time of purchase.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
